Our flagship product is the connected bracelet, which allows you to quickly and discreetly call for help by clicking on it.Responsibilities:Partners with HR team and business leaders to develop and implement proactive strategies to support and strengthen our culture, productivity, and growth projects.Support all core HR functions, including Talent Acquisitions/Recruiting (full cycle), L&D, Culture & Recognition, Reporting, and Legal Compliance.Play a key role in the implementation and development of HR technology and support the vendor management relationships (ATS, HCM).Support talent acquisition, recruiting, succession planning, and talent development activities aligned with growth strategy.Strong reporting experience using a variety of tools, such as Excel, and HR technology.
Proactively analyze sources of data, and develop reporting and tracking tools and documents.Effectively communicate with HR team and business leaders, supporting company initiatives.Provide guidance and input to business leaders on all HR related matters, including compliance, employee relations, and people development.Actively participate in the Onboarding cycle to educate newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.Play an integral role in the HR department.
Support strategic activities while also engaging in many tactical administrative supporting functions.Work closely with the international HR team.Act as a contact for employees at all levels of the organization.
