The Strategy & Integration Manager will, in collaboration with key stakeholders, drive actionable insights from data, develop recommendations and drive implementation. Your duties will include:
Support strategic and operational planning process, including development of road mapsWork closely with the Iberia Executive Committee and operating businesses to identify and deliver special projects and performance improvement initiatives which are critical to strategic and operational successLead special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the company goalsConduct financial analysis and deep-dive analyses of commercial and operational topics such as production, ticketing, food & beverage, merchandise and accommodation & travel to develop concrete, actionable recommendationsEvaluate opportunities to leverage economies of scale through co-procurement and resource-sharingCollaborate with leadership teams to support the definition of operating model and business model designOversee the integration of newly acquired businesses in Iberia, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with the company's ways of working and implementation of key initiatives, including synergies and best practicesRun the Project Management Office (PMO), implementing project management methodologies covering project planning, action tracking and reporting to ensure consistency and quality across project deliveryRun workshops and ideation sessions on business-critical topics with Iberia leadership teams and functionsConduct analysis of market developments and trends in the wider ecosystem in which Iberia operatesCollaborate with operating business leadership teams, functional heads and key staff to ensure coordinated efforts for resource allocation and project executionThe successful candidate will be a key player in a growing dynamic and high performing team. Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering or economics or a related field from a reputed institution6-8 years of work experience at a top-tier strategy or operations consulting firm and/or equivalent in-house function, including oversight of project team members and demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with management teams and cross-functional teams to deliver resultsExperience in delivering strategy and operations projects, including post-merger integrationStrong analytical skills, including both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods and techniquesAbility to effectively translate insights into actionable and prioritized recommendations and action plansProven track-record of delivering projects by running a PMO function, including risk managementFluent understanding of financial, commercial and operational leversUnderstanding of various business models and contractual modelsAdvanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skillsProficiency working with analytical tools such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar to generate insightsExperience leading workshops and ideation sessions with management teamsA background within the wider media and entertainment industries would be beneficial, ideally in organizations with superior use of brands, technology and digital platformsThe ideal candidate will exhibit qualities in line with those seen as core to the company Iberia culture: self-starting, hands-on, resilient, agile, dynamic, ambitious and yet low egoStrong commercial awareness and numerical skills with a keen desire to question and challenge informationAnalytical mind with good problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail and flexibility of approachProven ability to take initiative, think creatively and take responsibilityStrong project management skills - ability to work methodically and handle multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong stakeholder management skills - ability to deal directly with business functions and provide support with a high level of independent resolutionA leading multinational company in the dynamic and fast-paced live entertainment sector, owned by an international private equity firm, is looking for a Strategy & Integration Manager for its offices located in Madrid. The Strategy & Integration Manager will have proven experience in scaling organizational projects and demonstrate expertise in organizational transition and business growth. Beyond competence in operations (defining processes and workflows), he/she should be skilled in strategic definition (why and what) and adept at ensuring successful execution, particularly in people management/engagement and change management.
- Salary package:
Around 80,000 - 90,000 euros fixed salary + bonus + fringe benefits.
