We need someone like you to assist in various non-concurrent areas as opportunities arise from our different internal clients!End to End tracking of the status of initiatives associated with Cash Management products.Contribute to the ideation and definition of various business transformation initiatives.Monitor and escalate risks and dependencies of products and main operational incidents.Track and coordinate transversal initiatives.Team Management: Assessment, monitoring delivery capacity, and sizing of different teams.Prepare presentations and supporting documentation for Committees and senior management.Change Management: Ensure understanding of key changes within the organization.Project Management: Manage projects (control, monitoring, and budget management).Ensure alignment with business and Group strategy.EXPERIENCE Proven experience in the same field between 8 and 10 years.EDUCATION Degree, with further education (Master's) being valuable.SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE 8-10 years of end-to-end project management experience in Cash Management (Desirable knowledge in Payments, Collections, Liquidity, and B2B2C).High/very high level of spoken and written English.Very high/native level of Spanish.Experience in project and team management.Knowledge of applied agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.High proficiency in office tools.Experience in managing remote and/or multicultural teams.#J-18808-Ljbffr
