WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGSantander Corporate & Investment Banking (SCIB) / Santander Back-Offices Globales Mayoristas (SBGM) is looking for an Execution Management Project Manager for our offices in HUB Málaga.

WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR JOB?
As an Execution Management Project Manager, your goal will be to contribute to the internal development of consulting capabilities for the Group in the SCIB division, with the mission to provide the ability to manage and execute various projects efficiently. We need someone like you to assist in various non-concurrent areas as opportunities arise from our different internal clients!
End to End tracking of the status of initiatives associated with Cash Management products.Contribute to the ideation and definition of various business transformation initiatives.Monitor and escalate risks and dependencies of products and main operational incidents.Track and coordinate transversal initiatives.Team Management: Assessment, monitoring delivery capacity, and sizing of different teams.Prepare presentations and supporting documentation for Committees and senior management.Change Management: Ensure understanding of key changes within the organization.Project Management: Manage projects (control, monitoring, and budget management).Ensure alignment with business and Group strategy.EXPERIENCEProven experience in the same field between 8 and 10 years.
EDUCATIONDegree, with further education (Master's) being valuable.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE8-10 years of end-to-end project management experience in Cash Management (Desirable knowledge in Payments, Collections, Liquidity, and B2B2C).High/very high level of spoken and written English.Very high/native level of Spanish.Experience in project and team management.Knowledge of applied agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, etc.High proficiency in office tools.Experience in managing remote and/or multicultural teams.
