What does the role look like?
As a Product Manager at Kraken Flow, you'll be at the heart of defining and shaping the future of our platform.
Your role is critical in guiding the product's journey - from conception to launch and throughout its lifecycle.
You will work with cross-functional teams and lead without rigid authority, helping to influence and inspire as we develop products that align with Kraken's core mission.
You'll need to be comfortable balancing autonomy with accountability, leading by example, and taking ownership of both the product and your team's success.
What you'll do: Deepen your knowledge: You'll deepen your understanding of Kraken Flow and other Kraken products and then explore business and user needs to refine the product vision and set goals to achieve it.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You'll gather requirements and translate them into tasks for developers, ensuring smooth collaboration with designers, developers, and other stakeholders at Kraken.
