About the RoleTo continuously support Europe's growth lab strategy, the European Communications Team is dedicated to developing and delivering integrated, globally consistent and customer-centric communication strategies and programs to enhance and differentiate the Boston Scientific brand, products, services, and solutions in the European market. The intern will be assisting the Marketing & Communication team in coordinating existing collaterals as well as supporting deliverables for product and program launches, major communication campaigns, events/tradeshows, and new acquisitions.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with marketing and business development teams to coordinate and administer multiple projectsCollaborate with agencies on projects to re-brand and/or update marketing collaterals for EuropeCollaborate with agencies and in-country reviewers to localize marketing collateralsMaintain project status trackerRequest quotes, gain approvals, and coordinate purchase orders in the system and update budget trackingCollaborate with Marketing Communications and other stakeholders on new ideasCoordinate and track Promotional, Educational, Sales Support and Training (PSST) materials approval processCoordinate expiration of materials in the PSST system and other databasesCoordinate internal newslettersUpdate intranet pagesOther duties may be assignedWhat We Are Looking For In YouGraduating or graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Marketing & Communication, or similarStrong written and verbal English communication skills (Level B2 or plus)Good editorial judgmentAbility to multi-task and prioritizeStrong follow-through and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop knowledge is a plusShort working experience in projects will be considered a plusWhat We Can Offer To You6-month full-time paid internship (with the possibility of further extension of 6 more months)Working in an international environmentAttractive benefits packageInspirational colleagues & culturePossibility to make an impactFast growing and innovative environmentA team-oriented company cultureInternational opportunitiesA career with Boston Scientific is more than just a job.
