We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Associate to join our team in Madrid.
In this role, you will have full control of the customer sales cycle, collaborating with various teams to maximize sales success.
You will also work closely with our General Managers for Ibera to identify new opportunities, analyze data, and refine sales strategies.

Your responsibilities Own the complete customer sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal.Work with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.Identify and explore new opportunities to enhance lead generation and improve conversion rates for the sales team.Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio, including our diverse housing options and additional services, to better advise potential customers.Set and achieve activity and output targets to drive individual and team success.
Regularly track progress and adjust strategies to meet goals.Become proficient with our CRM system to manage your sales pipeline, analyze customer data, and generate actionable insights.
Use data to create and implement effective, data-driven plans.Your qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, challenging sales or customer-facing role, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or a related industry.Professional fluency in both Spanish and English, with strong communication skills essential for building relationships with clients, landlords, and colleagues.Strong analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions, identify new business opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and partners, as well as collaborate effectively with team members and senior management.Proficiency in sales management and CRM software (Salesforce or similar) is a plus, as well as strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
