Requirements Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in systems administration2 years' experience leading IT teamsB.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or the equivalent in practical experienceStrong knowledge of Operating Systems support for Windows, MacOS, and LinuxProficient in managing hardware and hardware inventory for internal users (installation, reset, hardware issues, software issues)Good knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.Experience with Atlassian tools (mainly Jira and Confluence), Monday platform, and cloud-based resources management (e.g. Virtual Machines in Azure) would be desirable but is not requiredIntermediate level in English is a must.
