Leadership and Team Management
- Assist and substitute the store manager in leading the team and maintaining quality levels.
- Be a role model in providing a first-class customer experience and instruct the team to continuously deliver that experience.
- Create a pleasant working environment for the staff.
- Develop the best possible team by planning succession strategies.
- Provide immediate feedback and celebrate achievements.
Visual Merchandising
- Support the correct presentation of store products and implement visual merchandising standards in line with the Sports Direct brand.
Sales and Operations
- Be fundamental in achieving results and exceeding set objectives, driving store performance to reach its maximum potential.
- Lead the team to ensure effectiveness in implementing best practices to contribute to achieving business objectives and brand recognition.
