We are currently looking for a Knowledge & Back Office Team Member to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain. Key responsibilities: Proactively collaborate with internal teams (Sales, CSR, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to address and resolve issues. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned tasks: key administrative duties as well as research, reporting, and accounting functions. Responsible for inquiry process, including price and conditions calculations and maintenance. Serve as the primary point of expertise for internal customers. Processing, analyzing, updating data, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Handle customer returns and complaints, leading to analyze reason for returns, ensuring thorough analysis and compliance with policies. Conduct quality control checks and implement corrective actions as needed. Process and manage credit/debit notes, invoice adjustments, invoicing, and reconciliation. Responsible for calculation, setup, maintenance, and settlement of rebates and commissions. Process management, implementing and improving operational processes, leading to automation. Supporting administrative tasks and document management. Maintain and update customer master data, sales reports, and support end-of-month/year closing activities. Key requirements: Proficient in local language, English (C1 level), and additional relevant languages. Proficient in Word and Excel. Good knowledge of SAP, ideally experience in working with CRM Tool. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and teamwork skills. At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused role preferably in an international environment. Embracing change: Approaches change positively. Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
