To support this growth, they are looking for a Dutch speaking Junior Account & Operations Manager to join their team.
This position could involve relocation unless you are already living in Madrid.
What you will be doing:Gathering information for client meetings and supporting the sales team with key proposals and presentations.Setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns together with the clients and their graphic design team.Trafficking, reporting, and measuring possible discrepancies and adjusting the campaigns accordingly.Creating programmatic deals and advising traders on the best way to succeed with delivered KPIs.Developing creative proposals and presentations, fully customized to the client's needs.Reporting and post-campaign analysis for all clients.Campaign invoicing with our finance team support.Here's what you bring:Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing or a related Business field.1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the digital advertising sector.Dutch is a must and good command of English and/or Spanish.Experience with trafficking, campaign setup, programmatic buying, campaign management, or planning.You are energetic, proactive, and eager to work in a startup-like environment.Great communication skills and not afraid to take risks.You are data-driven and used to working with data using Excel/spreadsheets or other data tools, including formulas and dynamic tables.You can start immediately and work full-time.What do they offer you?Real flexible work methodology with the option to work from home and flexible working hours.A great workplace location with food, snacks, great coffee, and much more.Optional company-paid English and/or Spanish courses.Access to learning opportunities (learning & development budget).They love what they do, but they also love having fun, with many team activities to join and enjoy with colleagues!Access to a flexible benefits plan (plan de retribución flexible) with restaurant, transportation, and kindergarten tickets, and discounts on medical insurance.About them:Founded in 2014 in Spain, our client is a proud leader in Contextual Advertising.
