In order to ensure the Paralegal Team gets the support needed to work effectively, we are recruiting two Paralegal Team Leads to work at our Madrid or Warsaw offices.Responsibilities Communicating task assignment according to daily and weekly prioritiesKeeping the Paralegal Manager updated on individual performanceRaising any concerns or suggestions to improve overall team performanceProviding encouragement and support to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas where new training may be requiredSupporting the Paralegal Manager with the hiring and training processDeveloping strategies to promote best practice in accordance with company policyDealing with queries and straightforward escalations from both Paralegals and Paralegal AdminsEscalating complex queries and escalations to Paralegal ManagerProviding ad-hoc support to the Paralegal Manager and performing management duties when manager is absent or out of officeOccasional ad hoc duties will be required to support the teamRequirements Skills/Experience Required Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantageFluency in English and another European language: e.G.
