To help us build functional systems that improve customer experience, we are now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Network Administrator to join our highly professional expert team.Responsibilities:Fully support, configure, maintain and upgrade corporate customer's networks and in-house servers.Keep an eye out for needed updates.Ensure network security and connectivity.Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, goodput, and latency) and test for weaknesses.Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords.Resolve problems reported by end users.Define network policies and procedures.Specify system requirements and design solutions.Research and make recommendations on server/network system administration.Provide general support to projects, sites, and clients where and when required.Provide, administer, and support secure network access for internal users & clients.Collaborate with cross-functional teammates to understand customer requirements, come up with solutions, and ship iterations on a daily basis.Shape and improve engineering culture, standards, tooling, and processes.Help build a successful business that does well by doing good.Requirements:Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.Proven work experience in a network administrator role (5+ years).Hands-on experience in networking, routing, and switching.Excellent knowledge of best practices around management, control, and monitoring of server infrastructure.Experience with firewalls, Internet VPNs remote implementation, troubleshooting, and problem resolution is desired.Ability to set up and configure server hardware.Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies.Great at organizing, prioritizing, and multitasking.Juniper, Cisco, CWNA or BCNE training.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Collaborative team spirit.#J-18808-Ljbffr
