Generate innovative ideas to enhance scheduling efficiency and speed.TA Partner Responsibilities: Conducting 1st step values-driven interviews to assess candidates' alignment with Kantox. Develop and execute sourcing strategies for both tech and commercial positions, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.Cultivate enduring relationships with past and potential candidates to uphold a high-quality candidate experience.Collaborate closely with the People Team to provide valuable insights and trends from the current international job market.Propose innovative candidate-focused ideas that align with our culture and values.Represent Kantox as a brand ambassador at various events to foster candidate communities.Contribute to projects focused on employee experience and employer branding, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.Who You Are Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Excited to dive into the world of talent acquisition and to hunt for top-notch candidates.Great in time management, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.Well-organized when working autonomously.Enthusiastic about using social media and online tools to find amazing talent.Willing to learn how to use Applicant Tracking Systems and other HR tools.Fluent in English - a must have!Our culture An environment of innovation, accountability, and constructive feedback
