Keyloop Professional Services (PS) are responsible for the implementation of Keyloop products for customers around the world.
These include core Dealer Management Systems and generic "Layered Products" such as printing and communications.
PS aims to deliver value to customers quickly by understanding their requirements, configuring their products, and achieving their acceptance.
Installation and configuration services are provided by local consultants, third-party certified partners, and remote delivery centers.
This role is an entry point into the company, and we hope to develop individuals who will become key contributors to the business.
We are seeking potential leaders with an aptitude for learning, collaboration, and customer focus in a technical environment.
Role ResponsibilitiesContinually learn about the industry, products, and technology to understand customer requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.Manage a workload of tasks from different regions, projects, and customers.
Coordinate with management on priorities and delivery timelines.Follow the instructions and guidelines of the project manager or lead consultant to ensure timely delivery of tasks.Utilize pre-existing knowledge assets to deliver project outcomes, requiring independent skills and decision-making.Undergo a significant onboarding program and continually update skills as new services are onboarded.Provide feedback for continuous improvement to knowledge management and product development teams.Use various tools and platforms for tasks, such as data analysis and workload management.Collaborate with the project team and communicate clearly and professionally.Ensure deliverables meet high quality standards and client expectations.Track progress and report issues to the delivery center manager, project manager, or lead consultant.Key Performance IndicatorsVolume of hours delivered.Quality / Customer Satisfaction for delivered work.Productivity / Utilisation.Number of Certifications on Delivery Centre services.Collaboration and Teamwork.Skills / Knowledge & Experience0-3 years of experience in a similar role, such as business analyst, consultant, or project coordinator.Excellent communication skills in English and other languages.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Slack, etc.A positive attitude and a growth mindset.Ability to work well in a team and contribute to collective goals.Essential RequirementsProficient English Skills validated by a recognized language certificate or a degree from an English-speaking institution.Multilingual proficiency in the market language served alongside strong English communication abilities.International experience through study abroad programs, internships, or extensive travel.Willingness to relocate to Spain on short notice.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.Comfort handling data and interpreting complex information.Passion for self-improvement and adaptability.Desirable RequirementsExperience in technical fields such as IT or software configuration.Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Scrum.Knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.Understanding of digital marketing principles or experience with analytics platforms.Previous exposure to the automotive or consulting sectors.Professional certifications in business analysis or project management.Advanced presentation skills.Why join us?We're on a journey to become market leaders in our space, offering incredible opportunities to collaborate and learn from industry experts.
