POSTE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe HR Administrative Assistant will report directly to the C&B Coordinator of Mediterranean and work closely with the C&B and Talent Acquisition team.
HR ADMINISTRATIONKeep track of the online talent database to register & unregister Employees.Responsible for the physical employee archiving (contracts, personal files, etc.
).Monitor the termination procedure with internal stakeholders.Collect monthly payroll incidences (ticket restaurant, overtime, etc.
).Ensure compliance with Employee's registration to ECI (UCAGECI platform).Prepare relevant documentation for Labor prevention compliance.Administrative tasks:SAP purchase orders and invoices follow-up.Monthly update of organization charts for Mediterranean.Support new joiners to complete the welcome process (send handbook, help with benefits registration such as Health insurance, meal card, etc.
).Support any C&B project in course.SEASONAL MISSIONS (WINTER/SUMMER) COORDINATIONFollow-up of bookings and administrative processes: flights, accommodation, planning, visa & work permit, social security paperwork, cash-advance requests.Close partnership with Finance to oversee the creation and management of purchase orders in SAP and ensure general compliance.EXPECTED ATTITUDES & SKILLSHighly organized and rigorous.Agile individual able to work under pressure, while handling multiple priorities.Self-starter and autonomous in terms of agenda and priorities.Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.Trust & integrity.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, agility to adapt to changes.Communication skills and ability to easily connect with others.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).Fluent in Spanish & English.REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCEGraduated from Business School/University and holding a degree in HR/Business Administration.A previous experience in a similar role is required, preferably in the retail field/luxury field and/or HR department.Availability: start mid-July - 6 months (renewable up to 1 year).
From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
