Global Commercial Organisation The Sanofi CHC Global Commercial Organisation is a newly formed, tight-knit unit focused on delivering impact and simplification within the Commercial Landscape of Sanofi CHC. The team will work on a multitude of projects, with roles remaining fluid and adapting to the business needs, skills, and the ever-changing landscape. We are looking for highly talented commercial all-rounders to enable this organisation and drive a competitive advantage in the marketplace.

Job Purpose The Program Architect plays a critical role within the Salesforce Application ecosystem, serving as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform expert. The Architect helps to advance integration maturity by providing design guidance around common patterns, API lifecycle, centralized management, shared infrastructure, technical leadership, satellites/partner app, Salesforce AppExchange, and other best practices.
The person will also expand Salesforce best practices by setting up a Center for Enablement (C4E), including the identification of experts (internal & external), knowledge and code repositories, reusable components, and transformational KPIs/value achieved with the Salesforce Platform.
Key Results/Accountabilities Accountable for the Salesforce platform architecture, Data model, infrastructure & associated KPIs (CG Cloud, Service Cloud, B2B Commerce, CRM-Analytics, Marketing Cloud, AppExchange & key satellites)Define, deliver and maintain the Salesforce platform architecture, including technology, information, data, security, and integrationsChair the Design Authority, managing the arbitration of design decisions and trade-offs between implementing business processes versus the level of architectural complexityProactively learn on Salesforce platform capabilities and innovations (Salesforce Platform product release)Identify, communicate and execute continuous improvement plan, maintaining and improving key metrics around quality and performance of the Salesforce platformEnsure that Salesforce platform is provided in compliance with applicable quality, regulatory (Data Privacy, GxP, SOX, etc.) and cybersecurity requirementsActively collaborate with the broader digital community (CoEs, Infra, enterprise architects) and participate in various change management effortsSupport DevOps and release management strategy definitionSupport overall data model consistency on the platformReview and assess the technical debt Skills, Experience & Knowledge Requirements Experience:
10+ years experience as an Architect in a mid to large sized organization with demonstrated leadership driving a digital transformation in a matrixed organizationBe a self-starter and ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, and willingness to take ownership of situations and problemsEvangelize best practices at various levels within a large organizationProven results leading and overseeing customer and/or partner success in the following domains: front-end and back-end solution architecture, enterprise architecture, development, and test/release management strategies, change management, and direct leadership in designing solutions that meet or exceed business needsA desire to continually study and learn new technologies and functionality, as well as be involved in projects that push the capabilities of existing technologies. Guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive increased business value.
