We are looking for a person to join a full-time temporary position based in Madrid.The Senior Associate Director of T&C for the Legal Sector is responsible for creating and executing the strategy plan for opening new international and national opportunities for legal roles.
This position responds to the Talent & Careers Department in collaboration with the rest of the IE Departments if needed.Responsibilities: Your role as a Senior Associate Director will involve:Generate new agreements of collaboration between IE and international/national law firms and/or companies.Identify growth areas, market trends, and potential partnerships to enhance legal talent acquisition and collaborate with other departments within the organization to align strategies and maximize impact.Leverage connections to create job placement opportunities.Liaison with career advisors to better understand the student profiles and be able to intermediate between the client and the student.Strategy Activities: Coordinate on-campus and off-campus events, company presentations, HR events, panel discussions, global agreements, and cross-selling with other IE departments.Regularly track and report on progress toward goals and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.Propose and improve internal processes.External contractors' management.Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:Knowledge and experience in the legal sector are a must.Legal background is desirable.Master's degree from a prestigious university.Bilingual in English and Spanish.Previous experience in sales or customer service.Excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams, and a client-focused mentality.High level of comfort interacting with students and clients of diverse backgrounds.Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and use resources efficiently.Flexible work schedule for national and international travels.Availability to travel.#J-18808-Ljbffr
