Minimum Requirements:A Bachelor's Degree in any Food related coursesAt least 2-3 years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven experience in overseeing production processes and leading a teamStrong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skillsIn-depth understanding of production processes and workflow. Knowledge of safety and quality standards relevant to the industry.
