AmRest We are looking for a KITCHEN EQUIPMENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST Job Purpose: Cooperating with various stakeholders within the company and outside the company.
Responsibilities:
Cooperates with Construction and Design team in Kitchen Equipment and Freezing & Cooling area ensuring realization according to optimal schedule, within budget and with high quality complying 100% with current Brand Manual and Technical Standards.
Prepares and coordinates CAPEX orders in Kitchen Equipment and Freezing & Cooling area for dedicated projects portfolio.Manages and delivers accurate budget projections & solutions, detailed and precise model costs for existing & new units within Kitchen Equipment area, according to defined by Market frameworks & timing in cooperation with KE Global Sourcing team.Lead ordering process.
Provide consistent and complete cost summary package to Cost Manager meeting quality, financial and time requirements.Knows all Brand Manuals and technical requirements in Kitchen Equipment and Freezing & Cooling; maintain relationship with Brand Architects and provide constructive comments including cost impact calculations to the Manuals and technical spec.Proactively looks for functional best practices, spreads knowledge, experience, findings and provides constructive inputs to support the superior in creation and roll-out of the departmental strategy/agenda.Is an example of high performer properly impacting department goals and strategy.The qualifications you need:
1 to 3 years' experience in similar tasks.English is a MUST.Strong attention to detail.Applies a "less is more" mindset in managing budgets and resources.Good organizational skills.High communication skills.Team player, organization and coordination.What we offer:
