We have been recognized as "Top Employers" for 10 years in a row and recognized as "Best Place to Work."We are currently looking for a Spark Maintenance Lead to implement and/or maintain and continuously improve the maintenance planning and scheduling (MPS) and breakdown elimination (BDE) daily management system (DMS) for their area, to coach line teams to improve technical ability, and to provide a continuity link to other Progressive Maintenance (PM) systems.ResponsibilitiesTo ensure the lines are not constrained due to the lack of technical capability or knowledge.To ensure all maintenance tasks are planned, organized, and executed with the least effort at the best cost.To transfer knowledge to the line teams and ensure that the proper level of skills and qualification successfully deploy the loss elimination skills needed for the line to deliver the line and team goals.To provide coaching, teaching, and assessment of the Progressive Maintenance (PM) and the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) Steps implementation.To ensure alignment with the line lead and EY teams, supporting the training and development of equipment/processes/areas/system owners.LeadershipActively participating in line daily direction setting (DDS) meetings.Maintenance planning and scheduling (MPS) in-process measure.Number of breakdowns and insights from the completed planned maintenance card(s)/maintenance logs.Review of defects.Planning and Scheduling Maintenance WorkReviewing and prioritizing work orders and notifications.Ensuring that the work order backlog is current and sorted for reporting, and managing how best to meet the compelling business need (CBN).Managing planned maintenance work using SIMPTWW (safety, information, material, people, tools, where, and when).Leading the scheduling of maintenance work for week and month.Leading and supporting the investigation of breakdowns and the implementation of corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.Leading optimization with the line lead/process lead of the startup and shutdown of the line and the major maintenance interventions.Ensuring the revision and updating of maintenance technical documentation occurs as necessary.Creating one point lessons (OPLs), and training and qualifying the line team in maintenance activities.Developing and updating the annual maintenance plan and calendar.Tracking and Reporting Maintenance Indicator Results and In-Process MeasuresEnsuring that maintenance indicator results and in-process measures are tracked and kept.Driving to ensure that activities or the lack thereof that drive maintenance indicator results in the wrong direction are corrected or brought to the attention of the appropriate resource
