At Club La Santa, we can host approximately 1600 guests at maximum capacity who can enjoy more than 80 different sports on state-of-the-art facilities and 500 weekly activities and instructed lessons all included in the stay! We are also a beloved destination for many national sports teams and professional athletes.
Work and Responsibilities Working within the Kids & Teens team at Club La Santa, you will be responsible for hosting a wide range of daily activities for kids and their families within the three main areas: PlayTime, FunTime, and YoungTime. The age groups are from 3-15 years old and from different countries. Working in the kids & teens department, you will always be collaborating with 1-4 other colleagues to give our guests an unforgettable experience. You will refer directly to the In-Charge of Kids & Teens (in Lanzarote). Furthermore, you will be a part of the Green Team consisting of around 60 sports instructors and more than 450 colleagues across 3 countries, you will be part of a big hotel operation.
Working within the Green Team, you might be required to work in other areas, like Sports Booking, morning runs, events, evening entertainment, etc. You will work approximately 7 hours a day in a flexible schedule that is dynamic and changing, so your working days will be varied in tasks and hours.
Qualifications Education within pedagogy, teaching, sports, or similar qualification within working with kids is required, as long as you are ready to bring your enthusiasm, experience, and energy into the position. Preferably, a minimum of 3 years of experience working with kids aged 0-15 years (and their families) is needed. Alternatively, you have experience as a sports instructor for children, where you have developed your skills and competencies for working with children, which you can include in Kids and Teens. Fluent in English is required, with secondary Spanish and/or Danish preferred.

Great communication skills. You can present to large audiences, both children and adults, and you are clear and great as a host when speaking to our guests.
Knowledge and experience with children. You have knowledge about children and how to interact with them from education or 3 years of experience working with children.
Inner creative child. You like to play and have fun, and you see each child where he/she is. Due to your experience, you know how to create a playful and safe atmosphere where you can welcome all children in our multicultural environment.
