Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily activities and programs for children in the Kids for All Seasons program, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.Plan, organize, and implement engaging activities and events that cater to various age groups.Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service and safety standards.Communicate with parents regarding their children's participation and any special needs or concerns.Maintain inventory of supplies and resources, ensuring all materials are safe and appropriate for children.Our Ideal Supervisor Kids for All Seasons candidate will have:Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of childcare staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and the successful implementation of all activities.Experience in Childcare or Education: Extensive experience working with children in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within a hospitality or resort setting.Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both team members and parents, providing updates on children's participation and handling any concerns or inquiries with professionalism.Creativity and Program Development: Talent for designing and overseeing fun, educational, and engaging activities for children of various age groups, ensuring all programs meet high standards of quality and safety.Organizational Skills: Competence in scheduling, planning, and managing resources to ensure all activities run smoothly and are adequately staffed.Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Strong skills in addressing challenges that arise during activities or with staff and guests, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and effectively.Child Safety Knowledge: In-depth understanding of child safety regulations and procedures, ensuring that the environment is safe and that all activities are conducted according to safety standards.Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to create inclusive programs that cater to children from diverse backgrounds, encouraging participation and ensuring respect for all cultures.Multitasking and Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple tasks and oversee several activities simultaneously, maintaining a calm and positive attitude under pressure.Training and Mentoring Abilities: Skills in training and developing team members, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.Positive and Energetic Personality: Enthusiasm for creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere for children, families, and staff, maintaining high energy and a positive outlook throughout the day.CPR and First Aid Certification: Certification in CPR and First Aid, or willingness to obtain it, ensuring preparedness for any health or safety incidents.Attention to Detail: Focused on ensuring all aspects of the program, from activities to logistics, run smoothly and efficiently.Guest Experience Orientation: Commitment to delivering exceptional service, ensuring that families feel confident and satisfied with the care and activities provided for their children.Experience with Hospitality/Resort Operations: Familiarity with the unique dynamics of running children's programs within a resort or hotel environment, understanding guest expectations and how to meet them.Work Experience: 2 YearsDegree: Professional /TechnicianLanguages: Spanish / EnglishLanguage Ability: HighLanguage Proficiency: FluentTime: Full TimePosition Worker Type: SeasonalWhat we offer:Competitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits packageExcellent Training and Development opportunitiesComplimentary Accommodation at other Four Seasons Hotels and ResortComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee UniformsComplimentary Employee Meals #J-18808-Ljbffr
