Currently undergoing restoration and renovation, this stunning historic property is scheduled to open its doors as a Four Seasons resort in June 2024.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily activities and programs for children in the Kids for All Seasons program, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.Plan, organize, and implement engaging activities and events that cater to various age groups.Supervise and train staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service and safety standards.Communicate with parents regarding their children's participation and any special needs or concerns.Maintain inventory of supplies and resources, ensuring all materials are safe and appropriate for children.Our Ideal Supervisor Kids for All Seasons candidate will have:Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of childcare staff, ensuring smooth daily operations and the successful implementation of all activities.Experience in Childcare or Education: Extensive experience working with children in a supervisory or leadership role, ideally within a hospitality or resort setting.Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with both team members and parents, providing updates on children's participation and handling any concerns or inquiries with professionalism.Creativity and Program Development: Talent for designing and overseeing fun, educational, and engaging activities for children of various age groups, ensuring all programs meet high standards of quality and safety.Organizational Skills: Competence in scheduling, planning, and managing resources to ensure all activities run smoothly and are adequately staffed
