Learn more about Arrow: How we guide innovation Five Years Out What will you be doing at Arrow Enterprise Solutions? You will be responsible for developing, managing, and creating the relationship between the organization and suppliers and customers.Drive the development and execution of strategy and business development and go-to-market plans.Ensure execution to sales growth plans by coordinating initiatives and establishing relationships with key stakeholders across geographies.Drive results through demand identification and creation opportunities.Lead stakeholder management sessions and maintain open lines of communication with various management levels.Collaborate with the sales team across geographies to understand business trends and consolidate input to management.Provide market intelligence and competitive analysis; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.Work closely with the marketing team to manage customer releases, promotions, and advertising.Monitor the deployment of marketing and go-to-market actions against set KPIs.Ensure sales and technical teams across geographies are enabled with the go-to-market strategy.This job profile requires assignment and participation in a sales compensation plan. A portion of OTE will be variable and tied to specific sales-related goals set forth by Arrow.
