Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to establish clear and measurable performance expectations.KPI Definition and Measurement: Define KPIs for measuring productivity, performance, and quality across the Technology Organization. Develop and implement methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and reporting KPI data to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Productivity Measurement: Define productivity measurements for development teams, including metrics related to code quality, cycle time, and throughput. Implement tools and processes for monitoring team productivity and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies.Continuous Improvement: Identify improvement actions based on performance data and analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements, technology enhancements, and skill development initiatives to drive continuous improvement.Project Delivery KPIs: Define project delivery KPIs to measure the performance of project teams and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of projects. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor project performance against KPIs and facilitate decision-making.PMO Establishment and Operation: Establish and run a Project Management Office (PMO) to support the Technology Organization. Develop and implement PMO frameworks, processes, and tools to standardize project management practices and ensure alignment with organizational goals.PMO Tool Implementation: Identify and implement PMO tools to support project management activities across the Technology Organization. Ensure that PMO tools are effectively utilized and integrated with other technology systems to streamline project delivery processes
