Job Description: Program ManagerRole Objective:Manage projects & programs to provide business solutions.Give the project team directions and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget.Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of project-oriented work efforts.Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards, and meet customer expectations.Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.Responsibilities:Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance.Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.Main Responsibilities:Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives.Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors.Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives.Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.Qualifications:Experience:Five or more years of related project & program management experience within the software solution delivery, asset management, HR or financial services industry.Practical experience leading projects through all phases of delivery.Previous member of an Enterprise or Project Management Office preferred.International Project Experience.Financial skills to manage project's operating and capital budgets.Experience designing and delivering presentations and training to diverse audiences, including senior management, administrative staff members, technical and non-technical personnel, and clients.Change management and benefits realization in project management.Skills:Sound knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, CMMI, Prince2, ITIL, SDLC, RUP).Able to strategically manage several concurrent projects, and be able to quickly respond to shifting priorities.Excellent communication skills in at least the English language.
