Content Project Manager (Temporary Contract) Full-time

This is a Temporary Position
As a Content Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating 360 content campaigns of the group brands (media or creative agencies). The type of campaigns that you will need to coordinate are campaigns of editorial branded content, influencer marketing, special OOH, sponsorships, product placement, organic and social paid, events or street marketing activations. You will also participate in New Business projects and internal pitches at market level or internationally. This position will have direct contact with client leads of the agency and direct clients.
How you'd spend your day:
Main point of contact for agency client leads (media and creative brands) and clients to receive briefs on content projects.
Translate that brief into an internal brief for the different areas of the content department: Influencer Marketing, Group Content Solutions, Editorial Branded Content, Special formats for TV, Product Placement, Social and group solutions.
Orchestration of all the content and teams of the touch points involved in the response to the brief to deliver on time, price, and quality to the client.
20% of your time will be dedicated to international or local pitches and will help the manager to develop New Business at an international level.
Promote Publicis Groupe products and services between agency teams and clients.
Relationship with Publishers and technology developers to evolve and improve content solutions.
Reporting and optimization: Track each campaign, budget control of each campaign and coordination/approval of billing, create reporting documents to follow up content actions with the clients.
What we're looking for:
University Studies related to Advertising, Marketing, Audiovisual Communication or similar.
2 years of experience working in global media agencies in content department or similar roles.
Project Management Skills. Coordinate teamwork, apply quality standards to the realization of the project and plan and control the development of a project.
