S/he will work effectively with various members of Tillster throughout all phases of projects and build strong relationships with the Company's customers.The Associate Technical Project Manager will develop strategic relationships at all levels of the customer's organization, maximizing customers' knowledge of Tillster products and services, and gathering referrals to sister brands or markets that can be pursued by the Tillster Sales team.The Associate Technical Project Manager is measured on performance against two primary criteria: (1) customer satisfaction and account retention; and (2) revenue and profit growth within the account. The Associate Technical Project Manager will be an employee of Tillster Services EMEA S.A.R.L, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tillster, Inc. and will be governed by all applicable laws governing employment in Madrid, Spain. The Associate Technical Project Manager will work from the Tillster Madrid, Spain office; his/her own home/office; and remotely. The Associate Technical Project Manager will travel as business needs demand.Key Responsibilities:Provide support for a portfolio of Tillster customer projects of varying size, scope, and complexity.Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and milestones.Report and communicate the status of the project plan and other relevant information to support the project(s) and company-customer relationships.Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional internal and external teams to ensure projects are clearly delivered on time, within scope and at cost.Identify and mitigate project risks and communicate those risks clearly, effectively, and in a timely manner.
