Our tech is smart, our designs are stellar, and the way we communicate between vehicles, grids, buildings, and chargers is nothing short of revolutionary.We are looking for a highly motivated electronic tech lead for a position in the Industrial Automation team within Operations Business Unit, a cross-functional team focused on building the end-to-end solution to industrialize Wallbox's products.Responsibilities: Lead the concept and design of end-of-line stations for verifying Wallbox products.Forecast hardware validation needs for future features and products.Stay up-to-date with new testing technologies, tools, and test strategies.Research and specify electrical equipment such as various sensors, measurement equipment, I/O devices, and other hardware to meet test specification requirements.Provide support to the team for preparing the setups to ensure quality of the new functionalities.You will be the main driver in continuously improving the quality of our test setups.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering, or a similar field.+4 years of electronic hardware experience (analog, digital, embedded, and mixed signal).Experience in test setup design.Proficiency automating and troubleshooting rack instruments (oscilloscopes, DMMs, power supplies, power analyzers, and electrical loads).Proficiency in electric and electronic design.Experience working with and debugging common communication protocols (CAN, I2C, Ethernet, GPIB, ModBUS).Experience in National Instruments hardware.Experience creating technical specifications for automated equipment.Experience with integration of software and hardware in test setups.Experience with software programming of safety systems.Experience developing LabVIEW applications.Team spirit.Problem-solver oriented.Attention to detail and quality.Fluent in English.Nice-to-have Requirements: Experience of electric vehicle technology and a passion for EV's and sustainable energy.Agile Development methodologies.Good development skills.Experience with Python.Knowledge of CE marking certification of electronics equipment.Benefits: Hybrid work schedule and half Fridays.First class private health, dental, and life insurance after your first month at Wallbox.Flexible compensation tickets valid for transportation, childcare, and restaurant/food delivery apps.Stock purchase plan.Unlimited access to LinkedIn for all your learning and development needs
