Job Description: Facebook Product Management Leaders work with teams of engineers and designers to build products. We are looking for extremely entrepreneurial Product Management Leaders to help innovate and execute product initiatives across the company. This leader must be able to help define strategies for large, ambiguous product areas and guide their teams on how to maximize impact through the use of data and research to create effective execution and experimentation frameworks. The vision of the Spark team is to create a seamlessly connected digital and physical world where AR experiences light up the world in front of you, becoming the primary way for people to connect and engage across the entire suite of apps and devices.Responsibilities:Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products.Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of product managers and product leaders.Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on strategies and priorities leading to product execution.Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers.Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.Understand Facebook's strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry.Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm.Minimum Qualifications:Experience in Product Management and/or Product Design.Experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.Management experience with direct reports under your guidance and leadership.Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience.Experience presenting to senior executive audiences.BA/BS in Computer Science or related field.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in a consumer-focused technology company.Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.Location: Data CenterAbout the Facebook Company: Facebook's mission is to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
