Ardagh Metal Packaging is looking for a Global Project Manager Operational Excellence & Growth.Role Overview:Management of projects related to the definition, deployment, and assessment of initiatives related to Growth and AMPS. The role will support in creating lean standards, auditing, and assessing workbooks, equipment standards, and reporting the status of the plants in both areas. Note: request for travel up to 50% in the next couple of months.Key Responsibilities:Support and follow up on the definition of various projects related to different initiatives of Growth and AMPS. Examples include:Creation of OPEX workbookImplementation of OPEX workbookSupporting audits to assess Operational Excellence levels of the plantsSupporting the deployment of lean manufacturing and OPEX mentalityCreation of materials for lean methodology deploymentCreation of tracking systems for the projectsFollow up on the status in terms of AMPS for the plantsSupport in the creation of technical standardsCoaching teams in the implementation of different initiatives with a strong focus on operational excellence initiatives as well as on technical standards. Support AMP Global in identifying opportunities to improve competitiveness. Close collaboration with different regions to support identifying Best Practices and ensure proper communication across locations/sites. Close collaboration with other functions such as IT, CI, Innovation, Production, and Quality. High involvement in tracking savings from Operational Excellence initiatives. Standardization and harmonization of activities across Ardagh Metal Packaging locations. Support benchmarking and workshops by collecting and analyzing data to identify and implement improvements. Compliance with Company Management Systems (e.g., Project, Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety Regulations) and keeping them up to date.
