M Digital Partner is a tailor-made digital recruitment company for startups, scale-ups, and corporates. We were born in Tech Barcelona where we established one of our main offices. We are currently looking for a Product Owner for our partner Carnovo .
Carnovo is continuing to revolutionize the way to buy and sell cars since its foundation in 2016 by Antai Venture Builder , the same group that co-founded Wallapop, Glovo, CornerJob, Deliberry, Elma, and many other successful startups. It is a well-founded startup with more than €7.5M raised from very important investors such as Antai, Atresmedia, Banc Sabadell, or Mountain Partners (more than 10 IPO), among others.
The Mission
The mission is simple: turn upside down and transform the car buying process by placing their more than 600K customers at the center, making them save time and money while offering them transparency and the best buying experience. Their customers can configure the car they want and in a few minutes they receive, without moving from the sofa, the best five offers from the over 1000 official car dealers with whom we work closely.
Role
Work with the founders on developing a robust product vision and long-term strategy.
Understand our users and root out friction to deliver the most intuitive journey.
Collaborate with design, engineering, data, and other multidisciplinary team members to identify product opportunities, develop hypotheses, and create high-impact solutions for our customers.
Lead a cross-functional team towards outcomes by translating OKRs into an executable roadmap, prioritized backlogs.
Help remove friction from the product development process to ensure the timely, accurate, and successful delivery of products.
Prioritize features in close collaboration with our tech lead and engineering team.
Create trust and transparency by communicating team progress and results to stakeholders; help the organization celebrate successes and learn from failures.
Being the voice of the user within the company through research and regular interaction with users.
We Need
3+ years experience in a product position.
Experience in combining quantitative and qualitative insights to identify opportunities and prioritize them.
Ability to envision the desired outcomes and think backwards to build the path with an iterative and lean approach, conscious of the risk-validation equilibrium required for every type of iteration.
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products.
Skilled problem solver; you can break big problems into smaller, more manageable challenges and you're comfortable making fast, high-quality product decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data.
Comfort in a rapidly changing business environment that is typical of a fast-growing company.
Articulate communicator. You can convey business pain and needs clearly with multiple stakeholders, and you bring those people together to deliver value.
