Who we are: The Product Development Center (PDC) - Móstoles leads the development of SMP low-rise system and its main components. We support the Manufacturing centers in Europe Africa, with focus in Móstoles, and we strive to provide the most competitive products. We are organized in three teams with different focuses: mechanics, electrics and software. Teamwork, initiative, integrity and excellence define us as a team.
What we expect: ResponsibilitiesGenerate the test plans / test protocols linked to available Mechanical tools over internal designs and/or supplied devices.Identify the possible design mistakes, improvements, working together with the designers and/or external suppliers.Verify the specifications and validate the functionalities of mechanical devices, components, as well as complete lift systems.Generate the reports/documents related to performed tests.Perform the tests assuring the personal safety rules and good facilities estate.Who we are looking for: RequirementsMechanical or Industrial Electronics / Electrical Engineering Degree.Fluent English language, writing and conversation B2.Laboratory tools management knowledge, such as acquisition data card, thermographic camera, high-speed video camera, durometer, microscope, sonometer, tachometer, universal traction machine, oscilloscope, multimeter.Microsoft Office: Excel, Word.FMEA methodology knowledge.Availability for travel occasionally.Desirable: Minimum three years of experience in mechanical testing and design of tester devices.Datalyzer (SW for FMEA management).Knowledge in Atlassian tools (Jira, XRay, Confluence), or other tools related to requirements and test cases management.Previous lifts experience will be appreciated, as well as EN81 Codes knowledge.Experience in cross-functional teams work.Knowledge in V-model methodology (VDI 2206).Contact: What we offer: At TKE we are committed to a corporate culture that values and is committed to diversity.
