THE ROLE: Kensington School is seeking to appoint a native English speaking Key Stage 1 teacher, to join us on a permanent, full-time basis.
Start date: As soon as the selected candidate is available to join, with the latest start date being 2nd January 2025.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Teaching a full-time timetable. Planning and delivering a range of classes in the Key Stage 1 age group. Responsibility for the care and welfare of children in your class. Commitment and interest in group planning. Tutorial responsibilities. Willingness to take part in educational trips and visits. IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: University degree in appropriate subject. U.K. qualified Teacher Status or equivalent. The right to work in Spain immediately. Able to set clear expectations and stretching goals. Adaptable teaching style incorporating feedback. A depth of understanding in the relevant subject area. Ability to judge learning effectiveness. Excellent preparation and planning. Assessment of student outcomes and feedback to enhance performance.
