We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Partner Manager to manage our important Marketplace global partners. You will be supporting our Partners like OTAs, Portals, Service Providers, Payment Providers, etc. with all necessary daily tasks. Prospecting new partners and creating a strong bond with our current ones will help them find the win-win desired scenario. We collaborate closely with Sales, Success, Marketing, RevOps, Product, R&D, and other teams to reach our targets. We're searching for a Partnership Key Partner Manager to join us. DescriptionSupporting our existing Partnerships with growth projects and penetrating in different markets.Create and manage development plans with Partners.Leading Co-Accion Campaigns with Partners & Clients.Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with our Partners to ensure a successful and fruitful partnership.Build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.Maximize revenues from Avantio's partners by building a pipeline with each partner, developing a Go-To-Market strategy, and continually motivating partners to drive business.Uncover partner's Growth Goals and proactively ensure the partner has what they need to achieve their objectives.Partner with the marketing team on partner co-marketing and co-sell opportunities.Collaborate with our partner success team to ensure that the partnership is successfully launched among our customers.What are we looking for?Experience in supporting Partnerships & Key Accounts.Experience in Partnership Management/Success Management/Business Development.Functional-level understanding of how integrations work.Team player who is flexible, precise, curious, and interested in technology.A high English level is a must, Spanish is an advantage, other languages are beneficial.Ability to build trust & engagement.Willingness to learn.Strong relationship-builder, initiator, and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.Excellent customer-facing and project-management skills.
