Farmina Pet Foods is a family-owned Italian company with over 50 years of experience.
We are a leading company in the pet food market, with four production facilities and sales in over 75 countries.
Farmina is a Pet Care company that is providing consultancy and a wide range of solutions and services also through our nutritional tools to all our final customer in order to support the health of their four leg family members.
We are seeking a self-motivated Vet Manager .
The candidate will have to manage the activities of the whole veterinary channel, keeping relationships with opinion-leading practices and universities, planning and realizing the activities in coordination with all local distributors and with the Farmina Corporate Veterinary Manager.
Main Tasks: Comprehensive management of key accounts and veterinary clinic groups in the central region of Spain.
Conduct regular veterinary visits to independent Vets in the Center of Spain Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase client loyalty and satisfaction.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Analyze the specific needs of clinics and veterinary groups to offer tailored solutions.
Coordinate with other company departments (marketing, product, logistics, etc.)
to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
To run Lunch and Learn educational classes, and all Marketing activities strategic Oversee contracts, and commercial conditions, and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
Prepare regular reports on commercial activity, KPI tracking, and strategic planning.
Represent the company at industry events such as trade fairs and conferences to attract new opportunities.
Implementation of the Farmina Vet strategy and monitoring of the results according to the KPIs given; Creation of new partnerships with independent vets, Key Chains, and corporations Requirements: Veterinary Medicine degree; Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Veterinary Commercial field Managing Veterinary Clinics and key accounts Experience in Pet Food companies will be appreciated Residence in Madrid (mandatory).
Fluent in English (all the communication with the company will be in English); Strong commercial and negotiation skills, with proven experience in retaining and developing key clients Ability to work independently and focus on achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Advanced proficiency in IT tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Marketing experience would be an advantage; Skills: Leading Ability skills Goal oriented; Ability to develop services; Availability to frequent travels; Public speaking/communication/presentation skills; Empathy and positive attitude;
