JOB DESCRIPTION:
Purpose: Nourish existing commercial relationships with connected TPS in Europe and grow production. Acquiring new TPS in the geography assigned in line with the global pipeline.
Purpose of the Role:
Connect and optimise new and existing TPS connections towards achieving OM and TTV Targets.
Engage in strategic conversations with existing and new TPS assigned and discuss plans for product optimisation.
Monitor the production of the TPS assigned and take action accordingly to maximize the opportunity towards reach of TTV and OM Targets.
Increase OM via supplier income and margin actions.
Finalise contracts with new TPS as per pipeline and renew/amend existing contracts as needed.
Commercial strength and acumen to negotiate at senior level with TPS.
Listening and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
KPI's:
Assigned TPS productivity.
Roomnights, TTV, OM by TPS.
Pipeline development and connects live.
Experience:
Experience in sourcing and/or sales within the Travel industry.
Advisable to have a commercial/technical knowledge of XML Distribution.
Skills:
Excellent understanding of sourcing and distribution strategy.
Strong analytical skills to assess gaps and opportunities.
Result-driven and passionate.
Demonstrated ability to establish and adhere to priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of the travel industry and XML distribution.
Advanced user of Excel, PowerPoint, MS Office, Tableau, Atlas, Accelerate.
Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate effectively with all audiences.
Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy.
English Speaker. Spanish advisable.
