Key Account Manager ( Private Sector)

The PositionKey Account Manager (Private Sector)ResponsibilitiesAchieve annual objectives (Sales) for assigned health private (hospitals, wholesalers, etc.) accounts by leveraging relationships to further penetration in existing accounts and prospecting for new health private customers in private market.Build and apply understanding of health private customer organizations and networks to develop relationship maps.Develop and maintain strong, effective and constructive relationships with external health private customers/partners.Formulate comprehensive and insightful key accounts plans to build, manage and improve trustful relationships with key stakeholders.Identify and ensure the sales opportunities through customers impacts (calls, digital impact, etc.) on the key accounts.Support and collaborate with other Business Units to gain product access in key private accounts.Prioritize and manage accounts by assessing appropriate business opportunities through contacts with key decision makers and important local players.Make changes as needed from new business opportunities and changes in the marketplace to achieve financial objectives.Conduct competitive intelligence to analyze environment, territory sales and competitors.Perform local marketing and sales analyses and gain patient flow insights.Track and communicate KPIs and performance metrics as defined in the account plan.Develop relationships always under compliance.Identify and raise relevant issues and propose potential solutions through the appropriate internal and external channels.Work effectively across the organization to advance opportunities.Education, Experience, and SkillsUniversity degree.MBA/Postgraduate highly valuable.Experience Required:3 years in Marketing & Sales in Health/Pharmaceutical environment.2 years' experience in account management.Skills:Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Strategic Account Planning: Identifying growth opportunities within customer accounts.Communication and Negotiation: Effective communication and negotiation skills.Financial and Analytical Acumen: Account forecasting and budget management.Project Management and Organization: Coordinating and planning activities for complex accounts.Proactivity in the pursuit of ideas and their transformation into innovations of proven economic value.Cross functional skills to ensure optimal alignment and effective implementation.Drive and Commitment.Advanced in Spanish and fluent in English.As an equal opportunity employer, we welcome applications from candidates with a diverse background.
