About the role
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic ecosystem, working closely with both our innovative merchants and your dynamic sales and marketing colleagues. This role isn't just about managing key accounts; it's an opportunity to immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of e-commerce and payments. This role is key to market growth and is in contact with marketing, business, and sales.
What challenges you'll be solving
Assist in the strategic development and expansion of our business in the Portuguese market. Conduct product market research to identify opportunities, trends, and key players in the Portuguese financial sector.
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the Portuguese market and propose marketing actions and campaigns to help our clients improve conversion. Develop account plans, conduct regular reviews, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and service delivery. Utilize project management skills to oversee the implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing our presence in the Portuguese market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and achieve strategic objectives. Propose and implement improvements to existing products, services, or processes to better align with the specific demands of the Portuguese market. Gather feedback from clients and collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement. Prepare regular reports on key account performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
