What you will do The role of the Key Account Manager is to develop customer strategies.
Key Responsibilities Responsible for the development of important Spanish customers and achievement of sales and gross profit objectives.Create and implement customer business plans in coordination with the channel managers.Maximize promotional activity, launch new products, and create a model of Perfect Store in the client.Work together with the Key Account Management team to ensure strategies are aligned with customers and implemented with excellence in store.Manage the P&L of the customer in every category ensuring contributions to sales objectives.Negotiate annual agreements with the client.Supervise activity at the point of sale: distribution, display, stock shortage, competitors.Acquire deep shopper knowledge to develop the best strategies and plans.Analyze internal and external information to build recommendations for category management projects.Define and monitor the budget for shopper marketing initiatives.What we are looking for Required Qualifications College/University Degree in Publicity, Marketing, Economics, Business Administration, etc.MBA or Marketing and Sales Master (highly considered)3-4 years of experience in a similar positionAdvanced EnglishProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Strategic mindset and quick thinkingBig picture orientation with attention to detailInnovative in business approachesStrong collaboration and teaming skillsResults and performance drivenSkills and Attributes Commercial experience with Spanish retailersStrong shopper focus and selling orientationExcellent analytical skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong influence skillsUnderstanding of customer and market needsBusiness knowledge and understanding of competitor strategiesSelf-motivated and willing to learnCommitment to self and team developmentWhat's in it for you Competitive packageMedical InsurancePension planWellness programEmployee Resource GroupsKenvue is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
