FUNCTIONS: For our growing business, we are looking for an Executive Manager in charge of developing key accounts on targeted sectors, with a strong relationship and client orientation spirit.
Based in Madrid or Barcelona, your key responsibilities consist in:
Making recommendations and developing the strategy on your sectors with a global approach, both nationally and internationally. Prospecting your area commercially, in order to attract large accounts, develop your portfolio, and generate growth for the company. Developing a strategy on the follow-up, loyalty, and optimisation of our existing clients. Analysing and looking for new business opportunities within your scope of action. Managing position's briefing with the clients and ensuring the correct execution of the selection processes, supervising the assigned consultants according to Catenon's quality standards. Developing and consolidating the relationship with our different Partners. Collaborating with other departments of the company to enhance the sale of all services. Assuming the social selling of our services on your sector(s) and exploring all business development opportunities with a digital mindset. Showing interest in HR and being convinced about People as a key factor of success for organisations. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2 years of experience developing commercial actions or key accounts, ideally in the headhunting sector and at least with one sector of specialty. Are graduated from a University Degree in Sales, Law, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
MBA would be an asset. Are fluent in more than one European language (Spanish is mandatory, high level of English minimum C1 and any other language welcome). Are a dynamic, proactive professional, result delivery focused, team worker, highly interested in what new technologies can do for HR Management.
