Based in Spain, you will work closely with our dealers, partners, and internal teams, helping us transition to a Dual Distribution model while driving fleet sales and building strategic customer relationships.

What You'll DoStrategize and Plan: Develop and execute sales strategies with dealers, creating monthly, quarterly, and annual plans aligned with Lynk & Co's B2B goals.Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with fleet customers, ensuring fleet agreements drive sales performance.Collaborate: Work closely with the B2B Sales Manager and Area Managers to enhance fleet and online sales while supporting dealer performance.Analyze and Improve: Monitor and review regional B2B sales performance, conduct quarterly analyses, and implement improvements to meet targets.Promote and Train: Lead sales promotion activities, customer events, and test-drive initiatives.
Ensure dealer teams are trained on Lynk & Co's fleet sales programs.Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Oversee satisfaction initiatives for new and used car businesses within your region.Report and Communicate: Present B2B sales performance updates during weekly meetings, contributing to continuous improvement.What You Should HaveEducational Background: A university degree is preferred.Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager (KAM) within the automotive sector.Industry Expertise: Deep knowledge of the fleet sector, including residual values, negotiations with large accounts and leasing companies, dealership negotiations, and a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients in the fleet sector.
