Play a key role in attracting new customers and be responsible for their effective onboarding.

Address and resolve customer complaints.
Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams.
Oversee customer service assigned to each customer.

Comply with both general and position-specific policies and procedures, as well as ensure the completion of all tasks within scope to facilitate the achievement of the company's objectives.
Education: Higher education in Chemistry, Business Administration, International Business or similar.
Specific Knowledge: Knowledge in the industries of fragrances, flavours, animal feed, cosmetics, etc.
Basic knowledge of international trade.
Advanced user of Office Suite.
Analytical skills.
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset.
Languages: Spanish: advanced.
English: advanced.
