Location: Spain (Ideally near Barcelona)Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities: Support the implementation and maintenance of the company's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with GMP regulations. Assist in the preparation, review, and approval of quality documentation, including SOPs, batch records, and validation protocols. Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections. Review and approve validation and qualification documentation for facilities, equipment, and processes. Investigate quality incidents, deviations, and non-conformances, ensuring appropriate corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) are implemented. Collaborate with the QC and production teams to ensure consistent quality standards across all operations. Provide training to staff on GMP and quality-related topics. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Quality Assurance within a GMP-regulated environment. Familiarity with GMP regulations, ICH guidelines, and QMS principles. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proactive problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently. Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.
