In addition, Instrumentation will be working to bring a new range of monitoring devices to market.Role OverviewThe KAM is responsible for selling our range of standard and customised products/capabilities into the Energy market in Spain & Portugal while having heavy involvement as a commercial specialist in our Growth Accelerator teams.The KAM manages a portfolio of existing customers, identifies and develops new sales opportunities and customers in the assigned territory, for the assigned product range. They focus on selling bespoke engineered and customised solutions to strategic OEM customers, third party engineering organisations, equipment and/or machine builders, distributors and resellers.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve sales target in line with forecast.Define and implement strategies and action plans to achieve sales, margin targets and other relevant objectives.Maintain and support the development of IMI Instrumentation Branch target customers.Gain and win new key contracts for major packages of work within the Instrumentation Branch market, leading the development and innovating where necessary.Develop and implement the Sales and Marketing Plan.Feedback to the Business Development Team to ensure clear and concise marketing activities are completed in order to support sales growth with target customer.Forecast and report in line with requirements.Critical Competencies for SuccessEducated to degree level or equivalent qualification or experience.Significant demonstrable Key Account Management experience in large complex organisations.Technical outside sales and management experience with products and markets similar to those of IMI Process Automation
