Key Account Manager

We are looking to incorporate a KAM for our Corporate Sales team. It will be located in the offices of Boroa – Amorebieta – and will be responsible for developing the relationship with its assigned OEM, providing technical/economic support and directing the in-house teams according to the needs of the client during the bidding, development and serial life phases of the project to ensure the objectives of the group.
 
Key Responsabilities• Customer acquisition through contact.

• Increase customer satisfaction and build relationship

• EU/USA production-based offers: Lead, negotiate and coordinate globally (internal and external) customer offers.

• Collaborate with the Sales Controlling area for the correct Group reporting and administrative management associated with the account.

• Serve as contact point for key customers and internal teams.

• Resolve customers' complaints in an effective and respectful way

• Cooperation with internal product development.

• Management of complaints and grievances.
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
 

Engineering degree

3+ years experience in the Automotive industry (exterior / metal parts are a plus)

Ability to understand technical products (Very valuable previous experience in automotive engineering department and valuable in production plant.)

Financial and commercial skills; P&L, Cost estimating, Pricing

Market knowledge within Automotive sector

Experience with Value Proposition Design & Communication

An excellent team player

Fluent in German and English

Availability to travel aprox 1 week per month.
