For one of our international clients in the Hague, we are looking for a Key Account Manager for the Benelux market.
The Key Account Manager will lead the French and Benelux markets for hardware and software products, driving expansion into the EMEA market. This role is responsible for increasing sales and securing listings of our client's products within the assigned area of responsibility. The position includes occasional travel to your assigned regions.
Responsibilities/TasksResponsible for the growth of Dealers/Resellers/Wholesalers within the French, Benelux, and selected EMEA regions (area may vary).Set annual targets and agreements with Dealers/Resellers/Distributors within the region.Optimize marketing tools in collaboration with Dealers/Resellers/Distributors.Achieve set growth plans and targets in new areas.Identify and onboard new partners/customers within the EMEA region, appoint key missing Office Products Partners, and recognize/grow key resellers purchasing from current distributors.Drive new business development by identifying alternative or new channels to complement the Office Products Channel for the product segments.Collaborate closely with Sales Support Managers and Junior Account Managers.Work internally with Marketing and Business Development to increase sales across different business lines.Understand the market and competitors in the region of responsibility and relay relevant information to the appropriate departments.Monitor the online environment in the area of responsibility and provide feedback to the Marketing team to optimize online presence and offerings.Conduct proactive website checks when new products are listed.Translate customer feedback into actionable proposals.Collaborate with the Customer Care team and customers to enhance customer care and product service.Plan and forecast sales budgets on a monthly basis.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor/Master levelMinimum 5+ years' experience in Sales/Account management related positionMinimum 5+ years hardware products experienceRequired to be fluent in Dutch and EnglishIdeally fluent in Dutch, English, and FrenchExperience with the office industry is a plusStrong communicator and negotiatorAble to build good internal and external relationshipsInternational sales experience in at least 2 of the following geographical areas: NL, FR, Nordics, DACH, IT, Eastern EuropeWhat's in it for youCompetitive salaryAnnual bonus structureTravel reimbursement25 vacation days per yearHybrid working environmentLaptop and company phonePension scheme
