The Position Roche Diagnostics Spain is hiring a Key Account Manager to build and strengthen Roche's presence and reputation in Cantabria and Pais Vasco areas with the following responsibilities:
Guided by a passion for positive customer experiences to uncover areas to expand the availability of Roche's innovative solutions and solidify our market-leading position. Act as the main contact to the market, interacting with a set of stakeholders in the scientific, technical, and economic areas, and, in general, with the customer key decision-makers. Responsible for managing sales for the entire Roche Diagnostics portfolio to offer our customers Roche solutions that best suit their needs. Develop account strategy and execute against strategic and tactical business plans for the assigned accounts. Establish and maintain good relationships and respond quickly to customer needs in a compliant manner. As a squad team member, provide leadership, insights, and guidance to team members to enable them to support delivery of a stellar customer experience and profitable sales growth. Constantly gather data on market trends, monitor products, solutions, and positioning of competitors, analyze business risks and opportunities, and educate the team on these subjects. Who You Are Previous sales experience in the healthcare market, demonstrating successful results. At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in the IVD Diagnostics industry is desirable. Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary teams. Customer-oriented with strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. High negotiation capacity at all levels of key stakeholders within a hospital. Demonstrated comfort in building and maintaining relationships with senior-level buying influences. Experience engaging with new teams and fostering environments of accountability. Demonstrate persistence and perseverance to achieve desirable business outcomes. Strong desire to learn new products and business areas. Good communication and teamwork skills, with creativity and adaptability in new environments. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Healthcare or equivalent experience. Must be fluent in Spanish and English. Availability to travel, both inside and outside the country. Located in Cantabria or Pais Vasco.
