To support the Sales Retail Team of our Johnson Controls business unit in Spain, based in La Coruña, we are currently looking for a Key Account Manager – Sensormatic Solutions. Sensormatic Solutions helps retailers deliver frictionless personalized experiences by powering accurate decision-making across the enterprise. We make connections and bridge gaps across retail enterprises to deliver critical, real-time insights into inventory, shoppers, associates, and the retail environment. What you will do Being a member of the Inditex account management team, based at the headquarters of a large retailer in Spain, the professional selected will be responsible for coordinating projects/programs across the region. Reporting to the Global Account Director, you will support him in detecting business opportunities and developing services for the client.
How you will do it Design the rollout/deployment of solution plans engaging regional sales/operational teams, TSP at global/regional level, and Tyco tech support centers with the objective of providing a standard global solution. Coach/Train Tyco subsidiaries/BP in project/account management practices related to Inditex. Serve as a primary customer interface between Tyco and Inditex. Develop consultative sales with many client stakeholders. Act as Program Manager/Project Manager responsible for the design, execution, and control of installations and service and operational optimization SLA plans, setting up KPIs to monitor the operations globally. Prepare monthly forecasts for the different business lines. Strengthen collaboration with Tyco product divisions to develop products based on VOC. Define and implement KPIs and operative control processes/workflows to ensure the fulfillment of the global agreements with Inditex by Tyco and BPs worldwide (contract management control). What we are looking for Degree in Engineering. Experience with standard sales reporting tools (Salesforce, others). Ability to engage with various departments of the client at different levels, subsidiaries, and franchisees, identifying their different purchasing decision-making processes and interests. Familiarity with technologies/integration and the ability to create value for the client. Strong presentation and negotiation skills at all levels. Previous experience dealing with large international accounts. Business studies with financial analysis capabilities will be desirable. Experience preferred within electronic security.
